Alexander Technique summer week, 5-11 July 2025, North-East France

Treat yourself to some time for yourself, stunning nature and wonderful food in the beautiful small village of Fontaines St.Clair (North-East France).

Learn how to respond more calmly and constructively to the various stimuli of life. Learn how to rewire your brain and create new healthier habits while going about your daily life activities. Find more ease and calm and improve your breathing and coordination in activities like walking, bending, swimming, computerwork and more!

Do you prefer running/swimming? Or do you want to work mainly with your musical instrument? It’s all possible. Participants can bring in their own preferred activities.

You will receive four individual lessons and nine group workshops on different subjects.

Costs: The total price includes course fee, all meals and housing and will be between € 1300 en € 1400 depending on the chosen accommodation. Travel costs and alcoholic drinks are not included.

Meals: All meals are fresh, delicious, colourful, vegetarian and organic. The food in Fontaines is always excellent!

How do I get there? Fontaines St.Clair is a very small village located 45 km below the Belgian city Virton, and 30 km above the French town Verdun. It’s a 4,5 hour drive from Amsterdam. If you travel by train from the Netherlands you need to travel to Virton. If you travel from France/Paris you take the train to Verdun, from where you can take a local bus. There is also a Flix bus between Maastricht and Verdun.
